RETURN POLICY

YOU MAY REJECT ANY ITEM FOR ANY REASON AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
Please mark and sign the invoice for the items you would like to return, and we will issue a credit to your account.

AFTER ITEMS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED:

FRESH PRODUCE
Please submit a return request within 24 hours by phone or by emailing us at support@safg.us. Since this is after the delivery, returns are only accepted if it is a quality issue.

DRY & FROZEN GOODS
Please submit a return request within 48 hours. Frozen goods MUST be kept frozen, otherwise we cannot accept the return.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
We regret to inform you that any items placed as a special order for your account cannot be returned nor credited.
