We started from humble beginnings when my parents, Jie Ming Liang and Gigi Liang, opened one of Chinatown’s first Asian grocery stores on Mulberry Street in 1988. Today, we supply Asian ingredients to nearly 1,000 clients in and around New York City and New Jersey, which include Michelin-rated restaurants, fast-casual concepts, hotels, museums, universities, corporate cafeterias, and more.
